DE stand alone CLI returns exit code 1385 or 9

Issue/Introduction

When running commands from stand alone CLI, the jobs may fail with some Windows error.  Procmon analysis may show Access Denied messages:

 

Environment

dSeries / ESP dSeries Workload Automation: 12.3 or above

OS: Windows

Cause

The security software on Windows is preventing CLI from running.

Resolution

Re-install CLI in its own directory, .e.g D:\CA\DE_CLI

Check with security software admin / vendor and add exception to CLI install directory.
