While deploying VCF Operations for networks, the Fleet manager (vRLCM) is stuck on stage 6 - "Change Operations-networks Password"

Issue/Introduction

• While deploying VCF Operations for networks, the Fleet manager (vRLCM) is stuck on stage 6 - "Change Operations-networks Password" 
  Refer to screenshot below which shows that the deployment is stuck/hung at stage 6.

 

Environment

• VCF Operations for Networks 9.0.0
• VCF Operations for Networks 9.0.1

Cause

This issue occurs when the username specified in the LCM deployment wizard for the collector node is incorrect.

Resolution

To fix this issue, perform below steps:

1. Wait for the Fleet Manager workflow to fail
2. Click retry on the failed workflow and enter the correct username which is support for the collector.
   Refer to screenshot below:
   
   
   
   
3. Click ADD and submit the workflow.
4. The Fleet Manager workflow should complete stage 6 and move to stage 7.
   Refer to the screenshot below:
   
   
   
5. The rest of the stages in the workflow should complete as expected with successful deployment for VCF Operations for Networks.
