Configured Supervisor Control Plane VM's Management Network Configuration Error - Unable to connect to vCenter from control plane VM

Issue/Introduction

The Supervisor cluster shows the following error that can be seen in the vSphere UI: "Configured Supervisor Control Plane VM's Management Network Configuration Error"

The following error can be seen in wcpsvc.log

####-##-##T##:##:##.###Z error wcp [licensemonitor/license_event_monitor.go:257] [opID=licenseRefreshMonitor] Supervisor control plane failed: No connectivity to API Master: connectivity Get "http://localhost:1080/external-cert/http1/#.#.#.#/6443/healthz?timeout=5s": net/http: request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers), config status ERROR

Environment

vSphere 8.x

Cause

This happens if the Supervisor Control Plane VM's cannot communicate to vCenter on ports 443 and 6443. 

Resolution

Validate that the networking between the Supervisor Control Plane VM's (SV VMs) and vCenter is functional.
