Issue/Introduction
When running URT the following error occurs
ORA-39097: Data Pump job encountered unexpected error -1422
Environment
Oracle Enterprise
Oracle RAC
Cause
the data_pump_dir is not configured locally.
Resolution
drop the directory at container and pluggable level and recreate the data_pump_dir locallly
grant read,write access on directory to protect(database user) and proctect_urt(upgrade_user) users
