Read-only users get error about APM Team Center universe.

CA Application Performance Management Agent (APM / Wily / Introscope) INTROSCOPE



 Read-only users cannot access the APM Team Center data. When logging into the APM Team Center as a read-only user, the UI gives an error stating "Your administrator has not assigned a universe to you yet".

 For security reasons, there is no default assignment for all users.  A user must be allocated to a Universe to view Team Center. The user is warned if no Universe is associated with the user ID.



 To Assign Users to Universes, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Settings, Universes.
    2. Click the plus icon in the Users column.
    3. A dialog pane opens. Fill in the user names and click Add.

    Tip: Fill in several user names that are separated by a comma.  Example: Bob,Bill,Ted

    4. Click Save.
