After installing the netops topology in portal, nothing is populated under the technologies section 

Environment

 DX NetOps :: All Supported Versions

Resolution

 technologies is only populated from VNA or UCF plugins, like viptela or meraki.

So you will need to deploy VNA or UCF and a technology plugin
