Issue/Introduction

Active Synchronization button even when LDAP is inactive.

In V24, when LDAP set Y in UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS, enabling the LDAP function in user object (LDAP connection - check box and Synchronize button.).
When user select the LDAP connection checkbox, then only Synchronize button should enable. But Synchronize button always active even LDAP connection checkbox is unselected.
