Does IGA v15 support the use of Windows Authentication with Microsoft SQL Server?
Environment
IGA v15
Resolution
Windows Authentication of MS SQL Server is not supported. SQL Server Authentication must be used.
MS SQL Windows authentication from a client perspective uses the SQL Server JDBC Driver, plus the dependent Windows DLL that implements AD Auth, NTLM, Kerberos, etc.
IGA cannot deploy that dependent DLL on our Linux-based platform.
