VCF Health shows "vSAN Cluster" as Not Configured in VCF Operations 9.x

Issue/Introduction

Upon checking VCF Health for VCF instances in VCF Operations 9.x, it shows "Not Configured" for vSAN cluster -

Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

This happens if vSAN clusters are in maintenance window in VCF Operations. Since the cluster is in maintenance, the collection stops for the cluster.

Under Inventory on VCF Operations, switch to Storage view and navigate to the affected vSAN cluster as below:

Resolution

End maintenance on the affected vSAN clusters from Aria Operations

1. Login to VCF Operations 9.x
2. Go to "Configurations" in the left pane
3. Click on "Inventory Management" tile
4. Search for the affected vSAN clusters and select the same.
5. "End maintenance" on the cluster and wait for the collection status to turn green
