After LU09907 MUF startup fails with S008, S47B and S0C1 in DBSRPPR

After applying Datacom PTFs LU09907 and LU16719 the MUF fails with S008 early in startup and no other messages

Cause

PTF LU09907 has a missing PRE for LU09872.

A PRE for LU09872 was added to later PTF LU10808 to resolve this, but LU16719  which SUPs  LU10808 doesn't PRE LU09872.

Resolution

Apply PTF LU09872.
