Management Center Error – Policy Job Installation Failed Due to Incorrect Protocol Intermittently

Issue/Introduction
The Management Center Job panel displays an incorrect protocol under the Status column in the Job Steps window.
The device connection status under the connection parameters tab displays an incorrect protocol.
The issue has not been resolved after the following attempts.
Environment
MC version 3.3.5.2
Resolution
Upgrading the MC version to 4.1.3.2 fixed the issue.
