Issue/Introduction

The 404 status code is an HTTP response code that means The server was reached successfully, but the requested resource doesn’t exist at that URL.

In other words, the server is there, but the page or file you asked for is not.

Cause

Common reasons for a 404 error

- The URL was typed incorrectly

- The page was deleted or moved without a redirect

- A broken link points to a non-existent page

- The resource never existed in the first place

Resolution

Make sure the correct URL is used to access the resource. Alternatively, contact the web site owner to make sure resource is available.
