Issue/Introduction

IM v14.x

Resolution

The issue was caused by a user account mismatch; the upgrade was run as user2, but the previous installation was done under user1. The registry files were placed under user1's home directory.

  • /home/user1/.CA_IAM_FW.registry

  • /home/user1/.com.zerog.registry.xml

 

Moving these files to /var will provide the necessary access and resolve the issue.
