The SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Integration Agent is unable to initialize.

Issue/Introduction

The SAP BusinessObjects (BO) integration fails to start even though all JAR files specified in the documentation have been copied to the agent's bin\lib directory.

The agent log shows the following exception:

U02000107 Connection object 'CONN.SAP_BOBI' with time stamp '1767616546000' was successfully transferred to the Agent.

Cause

Several required DLL files are absent from the Java\bin directory; these files are necessary for the initialization of the Integration Agent.

Resolution

Copy the following files to the Java\bin directory:

• sapcrypto.dll
• slcryptokernel.dll
• slcryptokernel.dll.sha256

These files can be located within the SAP BusinessObjects installation at either of the following paths:

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\sapjvm\bin
