Issue/Introduction

Custom TSV fields show in seconds and do not honor the time-varying unit conversion (hours) at attribute level in MUX Reporting chart widgets

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to Classic PPM > Administration > Studio > Objects
2. Create a custom TSV "MyETC"
      Time-varying unit conversion set to Hours
3. Provide and API Attribute ID and Include it in the DWH
4. Create a project > Add a team member > Create a task and assign the Staff member
5. On the Per period metrics for the assignment populate ETC and the Custom TSV
6. Run the Load DWH job
7. In MUX > Reporting
8. Create a copy of Assignments across Investments Data Provider
9. Add the custom TSV "MyETC" created to the same.
10. Create a report and add a few widgets: table, bar, column ...
11. Filter down to the project assignments of the project we created in Step 4
12. "ETC" and "MyETC" per period metric data is displayed
13. Set the Unit of Measure of the report to Hours

Expected Results: Custom TSV fields show in hours and honor Studio 'Time-varying unit of conversion' setting for Hours
