To confirm whether a single VMware Usage Meter appliance can centrally manage reporting and usage measurement for multiple vCenter environments (and their associated ESXi hosts) assigned with different license types

Usage Meter individually scans the inventory information from each registered vCenter Server and automatically identifies the license keys and editions assigned to each host and virtual machine. 
Even if the vCenter Servers or licensing structures are separate, Usage Meter automatically categorizes and aggregates the data based on its attributes (license type, CPU core count, RAM usage, etc.). 

Therefore, there is no need to deploy multiple Usage Meter appliances for each environment, as long as the data collection targets can connect to the Usage Meter.
