GIM65802E error received while applying Endevor PTFs

Issue/Introduction

After installing the base product and attempting to apply PTFs, the following error is generated:

GIM65802E ** MODULE ENAPIACT IS NEEDED TO BUILD THE FOLLOWING LOAD MODULES FOR SYSMOD LU15432 BUT IS NOT FOUND. THE
             MODULE IS NOT IN DISTRIBUTION ZONE CAID0, AND SYSMOD LU09053 WHICH LAST REPLACED THE MODULE IS NOT IN THE
             SMPPTS.

Resolution

Verify that the Apply SCM30APB and Accept SCM40ACB jobs were run without the CHECK parm.
