Jasper report server is not working

Issue/Introduction

Jasper server is not working. Apache is working as expected but not a report service.

Cause

Cluster Environment and WEB-INF was missing from primary server. 

Resolution

1. Copy the .jrsks and .jrsksp from /users/niku from working machine to target machine

2. Make sure ojdbc<number>.jar is present in tomcat/lib or jasperserver-pro/WEB-INF/lib (preferably both)

3. Make sure all the files in tomcat folder are owned by niku user to prevent issues with permissions.

4. Restart the Tomcat Apache for the Jaspersoft Server.
