vMotion with vGPU fails Compatibility Check

Issue/Introduction

Compatibility Issues:
"Currently connected device" 'PCI device 0' uses backing '<model>', which is not accessible. 

Environment

ESXi 7.0
ESXi 8.0

Cause

The GPU models on the source and destination host are no the same.

Resolution

Create different clusters with the different models in their own cluster, or replace models so that they are all the same model.
