Failed to access VCDA via VCD availability plugin

Issue/Introduction

Below error display when access VCDA within VCD tenant:

The service at https://<VCDA FQDN>:443 is current not accessible

VCDA is running normally and could be accessed via self portal

Repair cloud site failed due to below error:

Timeout has occurred

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.x

Resolution

There is network issue between VCDA and VCD that cause the VCD's public address become inaccessible

Engage network team to fix the network issue and repair the cloud site again in VCDA
