Issue/Introduction
Create Provider VDCs failed with error:
[######-######-######-######] One or more exceptions have occurred - Forbidden: Error occurred in the backing network provider. This feature is not supported with current applied license. Please upgrade your license in order to use this feature.
Environment
VCD 10.6.1
NSX 9.0
Cause
NSX version is 9.0, it is not compatible with VCD 10.6.1
Resolution
Do not use NSX version 9 with VCD.
Use NSX 4.x in which is compatible with VCD 10.6.1.
