Upgrade binary for vRealize Operations for Logs 8.14 unavailable in Broadcom portal

Issue/Introduction
When attempting a multi-step upgrade for VMware Aria Operations for Logs, you are unable to find or download the version 8.14.0 upgrade PAK file from the Broadcom Support portal. This prevents the completion of the required upgrade path from version 8.12 to 8.18 as mandated by Lifecycle Manager.

Only versions 8.16 and newer are visible in the standard Broadcom download portal.

Lifecycle Manager requires version 8.14 as an intermediate step for environments currently on 8.12.

Attempts to search the portal for "8.14" or "Legacy" binaries return no results for the 8.14 PAK file.

Cause
Aria Operations for Logs 8.14 has reached its End of General Support (EOGS). Per Broadcom policy, legacy or EOS binaries are often removed from primary visibility in the download portal once a product moves past its EOGS date.
Resolution
To complete the upgrade to a supported release, you must manually download the 8.14 binaries and follow the validated Upgrade Path
- Access the legacy solution page for Aria Logs Upgrade Binaries for 8.1.1 to 8.14.1 versions at the following link: https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/solutiondetails?patchId=5464
- Download the required 8.14.x upgrade PAK file.
- Verify the checksum of the downloaded PAK file before proceeding.
- Perform the upgrade in the following sequence:
- 8.12 > 8.14
- 8.14 > 8.16
- 8.16 > 8.18
- Review the Release Notes for each intermediate version before beginning each step of the upgrade process.
