Unable to update certificates in VCF 9. Error: LCMVRNICONFIG9019

Issue/Introduction

You deployed the VCF environment with Self-Signed Certificates for the various components.  You need assistance to replace these certificates with custom CA signed ones. You are getting the following Error on the replacement task:   

Certificate replacement for appliance #### has failed. Failed to perform specified operation. LCMVRNICONFIG9019

Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

Invalid certificate chain format.  VCF Operations does not support certificate chain in p7b format. The certificate chain must be configured in .pem (base64-encoded) format.

Resolution

Please follow steps to Replace a Certificate with an External CA-Signed Certificate for each components.
