APM not supporting more than 1000 char in maintenance

Issue/Introduction

We have observed that APM is not supporting more than 1000 characters if we use it in regex. 
Due to this the maintenance didn't work and team received Alarms for the servers in maintenance.

 

ER ask

1. Raise Maintenance Window to greater than 1000 characters. Give an error when that happens.

2. Improve Regex Edit Box to show how many characters already entered, and error out once the limit of 1000 characters is hit.

2. Add a Context Help to disclaim the limit of 1000 characters ahead.

Resolution

1000 Character limit will not be increased..For the others, ER defect submitted
