Issue/Introduction

When trying to filter discovered accounts or devices within a certain time range, the following error occurs.

Error: PAM-CM-0039: Unable to perform the operation. Please contact System Administrator

Cause

When there is another filter before the time range, the SQL statement used to get the data results in an incorrect DATETIME syntax.

Resolution

Engineering is reviewing the code as defect DE659195, but there is no code fix as of January 2026. As a workaround, the Time Range should be the first filter used in order to get a successful search.
