Various MICS processes fail under SAS V9.4 M9

Issue/Introduction

Various MICS jobs including MICSLS1, DAILY, BACKUP, and PSP installation jobs may fail with
U999 ABENDs and various SAS error messages under SAS V9.4M9.

SYMPTOMS:
U999 ABENDS.
SAS PDSCOPY message "Invalid input DDname, device, file organization or record format" .
SAS error message "functionname is not supported at  M9."

IMPACT:
MICS databases may not be updated.

Resolution

For MICS:
PTF BAS7901 updates the SAS release checks to support the release of SAS 9.4 TS1M9. 
Please note.  MICS 14.4 is required. 

For SAS:
Apply SAS Hotfixes P7F007 (described by SAS Knowledge Base article KB0043338) and
P7F013 (described by SAS Knowledge Base Article KB0043888).
In addition, review SAS Knowledge Base article KB0042427 regarding Java 21 (64-bit) requirement.
