After an unplanned server reboot (e.g., following a Windows update), the Dollar Universe Explorer (DUX) service fails to start automatically, even when configured for Delayed Automatic Startup.
The service remains in a stopped state.
Manual attempts to start the service fail.
The service only starts successfully after manually deleting the RUNNING_PID file from the installation directory.
