Issue/Introduction

We are experiencing high system SWAP utilization on our OPMS servers running version v25.10.2.1. 

The SWAP utilization gradually increases over time until it reaches 100% which triggers an alert for us. Upon checking the servers the OPMS service is allocating the majority of the SWAP.

The SWAP utilization only decreases after restarting the OPMS services.

Resolution

This is normal Linux swap behavior
