Unable to remove WAN-OPT from HCX Compute Profile : "Unable to generate Connection Rules"

Issue/Introduction

• While editing the Compute Profile to remove WAN-OPT [WO] , the following error is observed in the HCX 443 UI https://<hcx-manager-fqdn>:443
• Unable to generate Connection Rules.

• Stale site pair from a decommissioned HCX shows up on UI. Unable to delete the same and it times out.

Cause

• This happens if there are stale DR [Disaster Recovery] tasks from old HCX Manager [decommissioned] and if correct HCX decommission process is not followed > Uninstall/Decommission a HCX deployment

Resolution

• Refer the below document to decommission HCX Manager and any dependencies.
