JSCH button shows English "Properties" instead of "Eigenschaften" when German is used for AWI

Issue/Introduction

When using the AWI with language option Deutsch, the JSCH monitor shows "Properties" instead of expected "Eigenschaften" that shows in previous versions

Steps to reproduce:

1) Log in using Deutsch for the language in the AWI
2) Start a schedule
3) Look at the monitor for the JSCH

Expected behavior:
Button in far right, top part of the monitor, should show "Eigenschaften"

Actual behavior:
Button says English "Properties"

Environment

Version: 24.x

Resolution

This will be fixed in a future release of 24.x
