Issue/Introduction

When a custom NSQL portlet does not have a unique ID entry that accounts for all scenarios and there is duplicates in the results, those do not get exported to CSV or Excel in Classic although they are displayed in Classic UI

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Connect to a Clarity system, go to Transaction entry and create two identical transactions for the same project, resource, date, cost type etc. just different amount
  2. Run Post to WIP job and ensure both entries are now in PPA_WIP table
  3. Create a new query with the attached NSQL in Classic Administration – Queries
  4. Create a new Portlet – Grid in Classic Administration – Portlets with provider the query we’ve created
  5. Add all fields to Selected in Column Layout
  6. Add resource code and investment code to Selected in Filter Layout, Save
  7. Add the portlet to a new Page in General – Overview
  8. Filter the portlet on resource and note the number of results
  9. Now export the records to CSV or Excel

Expected  Results: The displayed records (2) should also be displayed in CSV / Excel. Even if there are duplicates, the export should contain all rows displayed in UI

Actual Results: Only 1 of those records is exported. The UI may or not display NPT-217 error however all the records are displayed in UI vs export
