Unable to instrument .Net apps running on IIS 10

Issue/Introduction

 The .Net agent could not instrument a .Net application running on Microsoft IIS 10.

Tried to instrument a site. This included changing permissions.
IIS worker process and permissions
The agent is able to create only the PerfMonCollectorAgent.exe

Ran the tool called dotnet-process-info from the agent installation and got the output which suggested none of the apps are instrumented.

Environment

OS - Windows 2022, WebServer - IIS 10.

.Net agent version - Release 25.1.1.25 (Build 990025)

Resolution

Changes made to app setting but not .Net agent. This was corrected.
