Symantec VIP User Group Mapping Error "Invalid user input."

Issue/Introduction

When configuring User Group Mapping in VIP Enterprise Gateway User Store configuration, getting error when trying to save the configuration.

Environment

VIP Enterprise Gateway versions 9.11.1 or 9.11.2

Cause

This issue was found to be a defect in version 9.11.1 if the description field contains any whitespace

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in VIP Enterprise Gateway version 9.11.3

Workaround is to eliminate all spaces in description (Utilize underscores or only use one word for description until Enterprise Gateway can be upgraded to 9.11.3)
