Issue/Introduction

Missing service names have been found as part of Capacity for Top Consumers view.

Cause

Resolution

ServiceName is displayed in the Capacity page for Top Consumers view only when service to which entity belongs to, is configured on the configuration page.

In case of service heirarchy , if the parent service is used for configuration and devices is associated to one of its child service , then until  associated Child service is part of configuration , the service Name will be empty.
