Issue/Introduction

In the Websphere log I see an exception when user tries to login

RemoteExcepti E   CNTR0020E: EJB threw an unexpected (non-declared) exception during invocation of method "performService" on bean 
Exception data: java.lang.Error: Error: could not match input

In the Agent log :

[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.ibm-mq] MQTransactionTracerUtil.createQueObjWithInquireOption(mqObject, queueName)
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)

Environment

  • DX O2 
  • DX APM
  • Webpshere 9, MQ 9.4

Cause

The issue is related to defect # DE658192 to be fixed in a next Agent version 26 release.

Resolution

  • No resolution
  • Current workaround: remove ibm-mq extension from Extensions.properties
