DC030006 abends in timer tasks after maintenance

Issue/Introduction

After applying IDMS maintenance, the following abend is seen in timer tasks:

16:12  IDMS DC030006 V20 SETIME FAILED - Security Failure: Task Code was xxxxxxxx
16:12                    SETIME FAILED - UserID was xxxxxxx         

Environment

Release: 19.0.

Cause

LU16761 was included in the added maintenance and is known to be in error.

Resolution

Apply LU18694 to revert LU16761.

Additional Information

LU16761 was more of an enhancement than a bug fix. The functionality that LU16761 was supposed to provide will be made available in a future PTF.
