The iXp Graphical User Interface (GUI) is not displaying any alarms for a specific AutoSys instance.

To resolve this issue, you must adjust the alarm history settings in the iXp AdminTool:
Exit the iXp GUI.
Login to the ixp AdminTool as the ixpAdmin user.
Select the Instance Tab.
Set the AUTOSERV field to the specific AutoSys instance encountering the issue.
In the General tab, locate the "Alarm Past Hours" setting.
Adjust the value from 0 to a positive value, such as 6 (this determines how many hours of past alarms the GUI will fetch).
Save the change.
Exit the ixp AdminTool.
Log back into the ixp GUI and verify that the alarms are now visible.
