Error: "Unable to set Access Control List for the Guided Tour" while publishing or uploading a new guided tour in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

• The publishing or uploading of the Guided Tours gets stuck when you do the following action: Click on Guided Tours > Publish Tours > From File > Select Tours > Publish to Tenants (Search for Organizations) > Publish and you get the below error:
  
  Unable to set Access Control List for the Guided Tour
  
  
  
  
• You are unable to upload a new Guided Tour in VMWare Cloud Director (VCD) UI. You get the below error message in the stack trace:

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1

Cause

The issue happens because the Organization Administrator Global Role do not have the correct rights assigned to publish the Guided Tours to the Organization. 

Resolution

To resolve the issue, publish the rights to the Organization Administrator Role and Default Right Bundles and publish it for the concerned tenant. 

For publishing the role Go to Administration > Global Roles > Select Organization Administrator > Other > TourDefinitionSchema 
Now select both the Administrator View and View.
Now for publishing the rights Go To Rights Bundle> Default Rights Bundle > Select Organization Administrator > Other > TourDefinitionSchema 
Now select both the Administrator View and View.

**Please Note that the Roles and Rights won't appear until you try to publish the Guided Tours to the Organization Administrator Role once.
