Receiving E-ARFERR for ARFSET during job execution

Issue/Introduction

During job execution we are failing with E-ARFERR.   The LARFQ  command shows the following:

ERROR* 0100000C (0003)

The Report 30 Security exception report shows the following:
 
  MSG=ACF01004 LOGONID nnnnnnn NOT FOUND  
  MSG=CAL2121I - UNAUTHORIZED OPERATOR

Resolution

ERROR* 0100000C (0003) indicates that a security violation has occurred.  The Report 30 Security exception report can be run to identify the security error.   To address the issue, correct the security problem.  If issues is due to an incorrect RESPONSE ID, delete and redefine the  ARFSET with the correct RESPONSE ID that points to a userid that has authority to perform the command.
