Unable to Save Local model after running out of disk space

Issue/Introduction

After working on a large model for many hours, I tried to save and got this error

Couldn't find C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\Temp\obs632.tmp

Later I found that the computer ran out of disk space. What I should do to recover?

CA Plex all versions

Resolution

We recommend manually delete(including empty the recycle bin) some files/folders that you know you don't need anymore in some locations other than %temp% folder and then save the model again. 

Please notice that you should not use some tools like Windows Disk Clean Up to delete files as that would delete files in %temp% where Plex stores the unsaved info. If you did then you have to reedit/re-do your model and save.
