CNF rollback option is not available for random CNFs after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

• Upon a CNF Upgrade the rollback option will not be available for certain CNFs.
• The issue is not cluster or CNF specific and is very random.
• For some CNFs the option would be available and the CNF rollback works as well.

Cause

Cluster Kubeconfig sync issue with TCA.

Resolution

Use the KB 345733 to sync the config.
