Azure RI size and location don't match purchased RIs

Issue/Introduction

This is likely due to RI size flexibility and RI float.

Resolution

Azure will take the inventory of purchased RIs and adjust the sizing of them to fit your infrastructure needs.  This means that you may see utilized RI sizes that do not match up with what you have purchased.  Note that the adjusted sizes will remain in the same instance family.

You may also notice that reservations will be utilized in regions that are different from where they were purchased.  This is called RI float and is designed to have reservation coverage go to where it's most efficiently utilized.
