ERROR " Unable to Authenticate" while accessing the Aria Operations plugin in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

After publishing the operations manager plugin to the desired tenants we see the plugin shows "Unable to Authenticate" error.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

This issue is seen in the VMware Cloud Director tenant portal, if we login with the System Administrator user credentials.

 

Resolution

This is an expected behavior since the System Administrators do not have access to the Operations manager plugin. 

To resolve this issue, Login to the tenet with the Organization Administrator credentials and the access must go through.
