HCX Test Service Mesh Uplinks failed with no results

Issue/Introduction

• In Infrastructure > Transport Analytics, after clicked Test Service Mesh Uplinks, no errors and no results seen.
• Edit service mesh failed with error:
  
  Service Mesh creation failed. Process Service Mesh failed. Deploy and Configuration of Interconnect Appliances Failed. Interconnect Service Workflow AllocateResourcesForInterconnectAppliance failed. Error: IP address <IP-Address> assigned to the appliance <Appliance-Name> for the <Network-Name> is already being used. Please edit the network profile to remove this IP address.
  
  
• Network profile IP range contains IP address used by other components(e.g. HCX Manager).

Environment

HCX 4.x

Cause

Overlapping IP address in network profile causing IX appliances not deployed hence test service mesh uplink failed. 

Resolution

• Remove overlapping IP address from network profile.
• Edit service mesh to recreate IX appliances.
• Test again and confirmed results can be seen.
