Issue/Introduction

While attempting to upload Quova GeoPoint data on a Linux platform using the arrfupload utility, the command fails with a Segmentation fault error.

This prevents successful ingestion of Quova data into Symantec Advanced Authentication (Risk Authentication).

Resolution

Download the latest Quova data package from the official source.

Ensure the downloaded Quova CSV file is complete and not corrupted.

Retry the upload using the latest dataset:

The log file:<ARCOT_HOME>/logs/arcotriskfortuploadtool.log
