Segmentation Fault Occurs While Uploading Quova Data Using arrfupload on Linux

Issue/Introduction

While attempting to upload Quova GeoPoint data on a Linux platform using the arrfupload utility, the command fails with a Segmentation fault error.

This prevents successful ingestion of Quova data into Symantec Advanced Authentication (Risk Authentication).

Resolution

Download the latest Quova data package from the official source.

Ensure the downloaded Quova CSV file is complete and not corrupted.

Retry the upload using the latest dataset:

If the issue persists, collect the following for further analysis: The latest Quova data file used for upload

The log file:<ARCOT_HOME>/logs/arcotriskfortuploadtool.log
