Admin Console slow to show packages in archive when internet access not available

Issue/Introduction

When selecting the archive in AC (Admin Console) packages will show after a minute or so.

Environment

• UIM
• Admin Console

Cause

No internet connection, or access to archive.nimsoft.com.

Resolution

The only thing that can be done about the time it takes for the archive to open up would be to add the following in the host file on the AC server:

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
#    127.0.0.1       localhost
      127.0.0.1       archive.nimsoft.com
