Issue/Introduction

Need to provision Cloud Managed Endpoint with the same tenant ID and environment containing expired CASB entitlements

Resolution

The target environment must contain a minimum of one valid entitlement(any entitlement like CASB, CDS for WSS) associated with the Tenant ID
