Enrich APM Infra agents configuration with common generic properties

Issue/Introduction

In Agent extensions like Postgres, SQL server and OracleDB , there are certain properties which are common for all profiles and values must be repetitive set multiple times which is time consuming and there is a risk of mistake.

Enrich the agent configuration with generic properties, like the F5_LTM extension, below example of global properties that are configured only once, this simplification helps the agent configuration.
