Issue/Introduction

This Article explains the reason why you may see the Reported section result empty within the Symantec Phishing Platform as shown below.

Cause

The target users may have opted to NOT report the simulated campaign, therefore you may notice the Reported section empty. 

Resolution

In order to collect data for the Reported section within the Symantec Phishing Readiness platform. Administrators are advised to deploy the Email submission plugin to all their Organization.

Note : The expectation of the highlighted Reported option in the Phishing readiness report was not to click within report but rather users how they interact with such emails and then report it during the simulation phase.
