Unable to Reprotect after I failed over a test server.

Issue/Introduction

After failover attempting to reprotect the VM you receive the following error:

VMNAME replication error: A replication error occurred at the vSphere Replication Server for replication 'VMNAME'. Details: 'No connection to VR Server for virtual machine VMNAME on host HOSTNAME in cluster CLUSTERNAME in DATACENTERNAME: Not responding'.

Environment

VMware Live Site Recovery - All Versions 

Cause

Port 31031 to the destination VMware Live Site Recovery appliance is closed or blocked below error. This can be found in /var/run/log/vmkernel.log

Resolution

Make sure the traffic is allowed from the source host to the destination VMware Live Site Recovery appliance specifically on port 31031.
